Dear Readers,
I love reading books that are set on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. There is something about that place that I just loved visiting there and so to return, even if it is by book, is a treat.
Seagrass Pier by Colleen Coble is book number 3 in the Hope Beach series. Each one has been a treat to read. The way Colleen describes the area makes me want to hop in the car and hit the beaches again.
Elin Summerall was not only lucky enough to receive a new heart, but it was a perfect match. Now she is experiencing flashbacks to a murder that she knows nothing about. Is it the murder of her donor? The killer seems to think so and knows that he must silence her before she tells anyone the identity.
An outer banks cottage set on a remote beach, what a great place to set a mystery. Maybe not the best read if you are headed to a cottage, but a great one to add to that TBR list.
Happy Reading,
