Dear Readers,
Dani Pettrey stepped into the competitive market of the romantic suspense genre. It is one of the most popular genres in the Christian market; it might even only be second to historical romance. I have done very little research on this matter; I am only basing it on what I get asked the most for. So I guess don't quote me on this as it is not really fact.
Anyways, Dani's first book came out just last year, Submerged, followed by Shattered, and the awaited third book Stranded is here. Once again we get to take a vacation to Alaska, of course this vacation include a bit of murder and mayhem, but what is a vacation without a little excitement?
Darcy returns to Alaska to help a friend uncover a big story. When that friend is missing, Darcy decides to go undercover on the cruise ship and try to dig up the story and to find out what happened to her friend. Gage is one of the guides on board the cruise ship and the last person he wants to see is Darcy, in fact he just wants to forget about her. He finds he can't and as the danger becomes more threatening, he knows he needs to protect her.
So not only do you get a great Alaskan cruise, you get a great murder mystery. I have enjoyed getting to know the McKenna family and as each person has become a friend it has made this series that much more enjoyable.
Happy Reading.
