Dear Readers,
Mary Connealy has been writting fun historical fiction for years now, but until just recently she was not well known. That has changed over the last couple of years and now readers can't seem to get enough of her. She writes a historical romance with touch of humor and it is a entertaining read.
Fired Up is book #2 in Touble in Texas series and Mary does not dissapoint her fans. Glynna is not known for her cooking, in fact it might be better to go without food than eat at her dinner, but Glynna needs to support herself and her two children after the death of her husband.
Dare's business as the town doctor is booming thanks to Glynna's dinner, but he life is being threatened by an unknown enemy who wants him dead. Who could possibly want him dead? Does it have to do with those he helped during the civil war? Or does it have something to do with the death of Glynna's own husband? What ever it is Dare needs to figure it out so he can convince her to take a second chance on love.
When you read Mary's books you can tell she has a passion for historical stories and she loves to share that passion with her readers and for her to add the sense of humor to her stories just make them all the more fun.
Happy Reading
